摘要
在发电利用小时不断下降、市场电量占比越来越大导致上网电价下降以及煤炭价格高位运行的市场环境下,煤电企业不得不全力控制燃料成本、积极抢发电量以改善经营环境。本文分析论述了掺烧低价劣质煤以及用高价市场煤发低价市场电应该遵循的原则,得出应以单位发电燃料成本最低为标准来选择电煤、以发电边际利润最大化为标准来综合考虑煤价电量优化的结论,推导出相关数学模型并以实例分析验证了相关结论,对煤电企业抢发市场电量、控制燃料成本、提升经济效益等经营决策有借鉴意义。
Under the market environment that power generation hours are declining constantly and the ratio of market electricity is getting larger and larger which led to decline electricity prices,and the prices of coal run high,coal-fired power companies have to fully control fuel costs and actively grab power generation to improve the business environment. The principle that how to blend low-cost poor quality coal and how to compete the low price Market electricity on high coal price was be analyzed. The conclusion is that purchasing coal shoud based on the lowest fuel unit cost, optimize the relationship between coal price and electricity shoud based on the maximizing profit margins. In the article, the relevant mathematical models are derived and the relevant conclusions are verified by example analysis. It can be as a reference for coal-fired power enterprises operation and business in snatching the electricity of the market, controlling the cost of fuel and improving the economic benefit.
