摘要
能量代谢即细胞对供能物质的利用和ATP生成的过程。动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis, As)为慢性炎症性病理过程,近年来的研究表明,能量代谢异常影响内皮细胞功能、平滑肌细胞增殖、巨噬细胞的极化等生物学过程,进一步影响As病变进程。深入探讨能量代谢异常与As病变之间的关系及其调控机制,将可能为As的有效防治提供新的靶点和治疗策略。
Energy metabolism is the process of utilization and generation of ATP.Atherosclerosis(As)is a chronic inflammatory pathological process.Energy metabolism disorder affects the function of endothelial cell,the polarization of macrophage and the migration of vascular smooth cells,which contributes the initiation and progression of As.Further exploration of the relationship between energy metabolism disorders and atherosclerotic lesions and their underlying regulatory mechanisms may provide new targets and therapeutic strategies for the effective prevention and treatment of As.
