摘要
安徽省长丰县积极开展小型水利工程管理改革创新试点,取得了积极成效,但是与新时代水利现代化的要求仍有较大差距。围绕新时代小型水利工程管理改革创新的总体思路,进行了探索思考。
New pilot project for small water project management has been initiated in Changfeng County of Anhui Province.Although some achievements have been made,it still cannot meet the requirement of water modernization in the new age.Therefore,innovative ideas are proposed to reform small water project management system based on the overall strategy and guiding principles.
