摘要
目的:就乳腺钼靶与超声用于乳腺癌筛查中的临床价值进行研究讨论。方法:选取30例2013年1月~2018年3月于某院接受运用乳腺钼靶与超声进行乳腺癌筛查的患者作为此次研究对象,对比超声检查以及超声联合乳腺钼靶检查对不同大小乳腺肿瘤的诊断情况,同时进行乳腺癌诊断的灵敏性和特异性比较。结果:经过检查,一共发现有19例确诊为乳腺癌,针对这19例不同大小肿瘤患者进行相应地分析,超声联合乳腺钼靶检查不同肿瘤直径大小的准确率均高于超声单行检察,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过对病理诊断为阳性的患者有19例,两种检查方式进行分析和比较,超声联合乳腺钼靶检查的灵敏性(89.47%)明显优于超声检查(57.89%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过对病理诊断为阴性的患者有11例,两种检查方式进行分析和比较,超声联合乳腺钼靶检查的特异性(90.91%)明显优于超声检查(54.54%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在超声检查的基础上联合乳腺钼靶进行乳腺癌筛查具有较高的检出率和准确率,值得大力推广和应用。
Objective: To study the clinical value of mammography and ultrasound in screening for breast cancer. Methods: 30 cases accepted to use breast mammography and ultrasound screening for breast cancer in a hospital from January 2013 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects, contrast ultrasound and ultrasound combined mammography joint inspection in breast tumors of different sizes were compared,at the same time,the breast cancer diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were compared.Results:After examination,a total of 19 cases were diagnosed with breast cancer,corresponding analysis was conducted for the 19 patients with different tumor sizes,the accuracy rate of ultrasonography combined with mammography in different tumors was higher than that of ultrasonography alone,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 19 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as positive,the form of two inspection methods were compared and analyzed,and the sensitivity of ultrasound combined with mammography examination(89.47%) was significantly better than that of ultrasound examination(57.89%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).11 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as negative,the form of two inspection methods were compared and analyzed,and the specificity of ultrasound combined with mammography(90.91%)was significantly better than that of ultrasound(54.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with mammography of breast cancer screening on the basis of ultrasonography has a higher detection rate and accuracy rate,which is worthy to be popularized and applied.
