摘要
技术创新能力的地区差异及其对经济发展的影响机制是社会经济研究的热点。首先,基于层级划分的角度,本文对现有聚类方法进行了拓展,并将其应用于中国区域创新水平的静态与动态层级划分,对比分析了不同地区的创新发展模式差异;其次,在分类结果通过显著性检验的基础上,建立面板数据计量模型对创新绩效的地区差异进行定量分析,结果显示,我国的创新能力存在显著的地区差异,并且技术创新对全国和分区域经济发展的驱动作用不同。最后,依据实证结论给出提升创新能力的初步政策建议。
The differences of regional technology innovation capability and its influencing mechanism on economic development is a core issue of social-economic research.First,in order to contrasts innovational development levels and patterns of different regions,this paper extends the existed clustering methods and apply new models to classify China's regional innovation capability both the statically and dynamically.Secondly,upon passing the significant test of classification,this paper sets up panel data econometric model to do quantitative analysis on innovation performance of different regions.The empirical results show that there exists significant regional difference on China's innovation ability and even the driving effects of technology innovation on the nation-wide and regional economic development is different.At last,this paper attempts to give some preliminary suggestions on promoting China's innovation ability according to the empirical conclusions.
