摘要
中小企业在国民经济中,是最具活力的经济组织,不过在整体经济结构升级转型,宏观经济下行的压力下,也面临着产业结构畸形、自主创新能力弱、管理落后等问题,供给侧改革为中小企业实现转型升级提供了重要机遇,实现中小企业转型升级,应采取调整产业结构,加强人才引进,搭建科技创新平台、培育自主品牌,加大金融扶持等措施。
The small and medium-sized enterprises are the most dynamic economic organization in the national economy, but under pressure of the overall restructuring and upgrading of economic structure,they are confronted with many problems such as unbalanced industrial structure, weak capacity of independent innovation, backward management and so on. The reform of supply-side provides an important opportunity for them to transform and upgrade. They should thus adjust the industrial structure,strengthen the introduction of talent, build new platforms for science and technology innovation, cultivate independent brands and increase financial support.
