摘要
随着计算机技术的快速发展,我国已进入信息化、数字化的时代,实现教育信息化,不仅使我国教育迈向了一个新的台阶,同时实现了教育的可持续发展。体育是教学中的一门必修课,其不仅可以锻炼学生的身体素质,也可以提高学生的综合素质,信息化与体育教育有效融合,促进体育教育的可持续发展,研究信息化与体育教育发展有着重要的意义。
With the development of computer technology China has stepped into digital and information- based times.Information- centered education will not only make education reach a new level,but also realize educational sustainable development.PE is a compulsory course,which can promote not only physical but also overall qualities of the students.The effective combination of informatization with PE has great significance to PE sustainable development.
