摘要
"校企合作、工学结合"的人才培养模式是一种以职业能力培养为主要目的,面向社会实际需求的开放式的教育模式。实践证明了校企合作联合办学可以整合教育资源、优势互补,推进职业教育的改革与发展。
The talent cultivation mode of college-enterprise combination is an open teaching pattern which takes professional ability development as a main goal so as to meet the social practical requirements.Practice shows it can make the best use of teaching resources so as to reach mutual benefits of the both sides and promote vocational education reform and development.
