摘要
高职院校在取得巨大发展成就的同时,在人才培养模式方面还存在着重技术、轻技能,重专业、轻综合,重就业、轻发展等误区。高职教育要实现培养具有可持续发展潜力的"职业人"的目标,必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,走可持续发展的道路。将通识教育(General Education)纳入其中,通过职业(专业)教育和通识教育的共同作用,完成一个完全意义上的"职业人"的塑造。
Nowadays there still exist some misunderstandings to the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education which embody the following:emphasizing"ability"but overlooking"skills";overstating"speciality"but ignoring"overall-development"and paying too much attention to"placement"while unduely reducing teaching periods.In view of the above the author believes that the higher vocational education is bound to be guided by Scientific Development View so as to keep sustainable development.Higher vocational colleges should take General Education into their education systems,integrating it with major (or speciality) education to realize a sustainable talnt-cultivation goal.
