摘要
安溪铁观音素以独特的"音韵"和多种天然花果香味等品质特征而香飘四海、饮誉中外。这种优异品质的形成,笔者认为是与当地固有的自然条件、品种自身的特性、精湛的制作工艺等因素有关。
Tieguanyin in Anxi is known to the world for its special"tag"and multiple scent of flowers and fruits.The writer of the paper thinks that these excellent qualities as are recognized as above comes from its natural environment,the inherent characteristics of the species and perfect technology of processing.
