摘要
高职院校要树立科学的教育发展观,走内涵式发展道路,关键在于加强师资队伍建设。要建设与内涵建设相适应的教师队伍,应明确专业教师职责,注重对教师教学教研工作的指导,重新制定教师考核激励机制,调动专业教师参与专业建设的积极性。
The key of Scientific Education Development View and connotative development of colleges is to improve the teaching staff quality.What is needed to construct the teaching staff suitable for connotative development of colleges is to specify the duty of every specialty teacher,pay more attention to guiding their teaching and research work,re-establish the incentive mechanism of teaching appraisal and induce their initiative to specialty development.
