摘要
以地处西南丘陵山区的重庆市江津区4个农业综合整治示范片区为例,以研究区1∶2 000实测地形图和土地利用现状数据、江津区慈云镇小园村等3个村土地整治项目的相关文本和图件资料等为基础,以各山坪塘的集水灌溉区域为研究的具体单元,通过实地调查,探讨西南丘陵山区农村山坪塘整治工程的灌溉保证率测算及整治工程设计实践,以期为地方政府制定山坪塘整治措施和技术方法提供参考,为丘陵山区实施乡村振兴战略提供实践支撑,并在一定程度上丰富农村水利设施建设的理论内容。
This paper takes the four agricultural comprehensive remediation demonstration zones in jiangjin district of chongqing,southwest China as an example,based on 1 ∶ 2 000 measured topographic map and land utilization present situation data,the relevant text and image data of three village land remediation projects,such as xiaoyuan village,ciyun town,jiangjin district. The specific unit for the study is the mountain plateau pond water irrigation area. The paper discusses the calculation of the irrigation guarantee rate and the design practice of the renovation project of the rural mountain plateau pond in the hilly mountainous area of southwest China,to provide a reference for the local government to formulate the regulation measures and technical methods,and provide practical support for the implementation of the rural rejuvenation strategy in the southwest hilly area,and to a certain extent rich rural water conservancy facilities construction theory content.
