摘要 针对水电站运行中存在坝基、坝体和坝肩多处渗漏问题,为确保除险加固方案具有较高的科学性、匹配性和可实施性,基于现行规范标准和实地详细勘查资料,对大坝结构应力和抗滑稳定性进行安全复核。复核成果表明,大坝结构应力和稳定性状态整体安全,特殊工况下非溢流坝坝踵存在0.13 MPa左右的拉应力,需进行防渗加固处理。采用上下游两排灌浆孔充填灌浆防渗方案,经测试26个试验段透水率均控制在5 Lu范围内,坝体密实度得到有效增强,补强灌浆后取得较好防渗效果。 In order to solve the leakage problems in dam foundation,dam body and dam abutment during the hydropower plant operation period,and to ensure the reinforcement program has high scientific,matching and enforceability,the security review of dam stress and stability against sliding has been done based on the current specifications and field detailed investigation. The security review results show that the dam' s stress and stability state are whole safety,except the non- overflow dam heel presence has 0. 13 MPa tensile stress,which need to be anti- seepage reinforcement. Using the upstream and downstream two rows of holes seepage grouting reinforcement program,and the tested show that the 26 test section's water permeability rate are in the 5lu control range,the dam density has been effectively enhanced and obtain good anti- seepage effect. After several flood testing,the dam seepage problem has been processed successfully.
