摘要
从邯郸市水资源供需现状出发,对邯郸市近年水资源进行供需平衡分析研究。结果表明,在充分考虑挖潜和节流情况下,保证率为25%、50%、75%、95%时的需水量都大于供水量,邯郸市属资源性缺水地区,区内水资源供需矛盾突出,工程性缺水和水质性缺水情况明显。据此提出解决邯郸市现状水资源短缺的对策和措施。
Starting from the current situation of water resources supply and demand balance in Handan city,this paper studied the supply- demand balance of water resources in recent years. It turned out that when taking full consideration of water- saving potential,the water demand is greater than water supply under the guarantee rates of 25%,50%,75%,95%. Handan is a serious water shortage region,and water supply and demand problems are conspicuous. Accordingly put forward the countermeasures and measures to solve the present situation of water shortages in Handan.
