耐火抑烟硬质PVC的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

Study on Preparation and Properties of Fire-resistant and Smoke-suppressing Rigid PVC

摘要 以有机蒙脱土,硫酸铜为原料,γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为偶联剂、乙醇和水为溶剂,合成了铜-有机蒙脱土(Cu^(2+)-OMMT),然后将Cu^(2+)-OMMT和三氧化钼(MoO_3)复合加入到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中。运用XRD分析仪、极限氧指数分析仪、烟密度仪、热重分析仪和万能力学试验机等仪器,对Cu^(2+)-OMMT的结构进行了表征,研究了在复合阻燃抑烟体系中,Cu^(2+)-OMMT的含量对PVC体系阻燃抑烟性能、热性能及力学性能的影响。XRD谱图显示,铜离子成功插入到有机蒙脱土中。PVC复合体系的氧指数随着Cu^(2+)-OMMT含量的增加逐渐增大,烟密度等级(SDR)则逐渐降低。PVC体系的拉伸和弯曲强度均随Cu^(2+)-OMMT含量的增加而有所增大,但冲击强度随Cu^(2+)-OMMT的加入而降低。Cu^(2+)-OMMT的加入可以提高PVC体系的残炭率。 With organic montmorillonite,copper sulfate as raw materials,gamma-propyl methyl acryloyl oxygen radicals three oxygen radicals silane(KH570) as the coupling agent,ethanol and water as solvent,Copper-organic montmorillonite was synthesized(Cu2+-OMMT),and then put the Cu2+-OMMT and molybdenum trioxide(MoO3) were added to polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The structure of Cu2+-OMMT was characterized by XRD analyzer,limit oxygen index analyzer,smoke density analyzer,thermogravimetric analyzer and universal testing machine.The effects of the content of Cu2+-OMMT in the composite flame retardant and smoke suppression system on the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties,thermal properties and mechanical properties of PVC system were studied.XRD spectra showed that copper ions were successfully inserted into organic montmorillonite.Oxygen index of PVC composite system increased with the increase of Cu2+-OMMT content,and smoke density grade(SDR) decreased gradually.The tensile and bending strength of PVC increased with the increase of Cu2+-OMMT content.However,the impact strength decreased with the addition of Cu2+-OMMT.The addition of Cu2+-OMMT can improve the carbon residue rate of PVC system.
