摘要 介绍了国内外季戊四醇合成工艺的现状和研究进展,分析、探讨了季戊四醇几种合成工艺优缺点;针对传统工艺副产甲酸钠量大而价值低、催化剂腐蚀较严重、污染大的状况,提出了以碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠混合碱为催化体系的绿色合成工艺,该工艺反应易于控制,副产物甲酸钠经水解氧化转化为碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠循环利用,减少了对环境的污染,具有较好的发展前景。 In this paper, the production situation and progress on synthesis technology of pentaerythritol at home and abroad are reviewed. The advantages and defects of each technology are also discussed. The traditional process still faces the following problems: a large amount of by - product sodium formate has a relative low value; the corrosiveness of catalyst is strong; the pollution of process is severe. A new green technology in which sodium carbonate and sodium hydrocarbonate are used as new catalytic system is introduced. The technology, by which the reaction is easy to control and the by - product sodium formate can be transformed into sodium carbonate and sodium hydrocarbonate throgh hydrolysis and oxidation, can reduce the pollution to the environment and has a favorable prospect of development.
