摘要
海上稠油热采井埋藏深,而且多为水平井。在注汽过程中,采用隔热油管+环空注氮气的井筒隔热工艺,向地层中注入大量氮气,使作业成本增加、气窜风险加大;隔热油管接箍不具有隔热功能、注汽管柱存在"贴壁"现象,导致热损失增加。研制了海上热采井筒隔热工艺管柱及配套工具。工艺管柱主要由热敏封隔器、隔热型伸缩管、隔热型油管扶正器及隔热型接箍组成。该工艺管柱能够节省作业成本、提高注汽管柱的隔热效果、减少井筒热损失、保护套管和水泥环,提高海上稠油热采的安全性、经济性以及有效性。
The offshore heavy oil thermal recovery wells are normally deeply buried and mostly horizontal wells. During the process of steam injection, the heat insulation technology of insulated tubing and ring nitrogen injection has been adopted with many inadequacies, such as increasing the cost of operation, the risk of gas channeling by injecting a large amount of nitrogen into the stratum, increase of heat due to the missing heat insulation function of the insulated tubing hoop and the existence of adherence. The technique string and supporting tools of wellbore heat insulation technology string for offshore thermal recovery wells have been developed, which consists of thermal packer, heat insulated compensator, heat insulated tubing centralizer and heat insulated heat-insulation coupling. The technique strings can save the operation cost, improve the heat insulation effect of the steam injection pipe column, reduce the heat loss of the wellbore, protect the casing and cement ring and improve the safety, economy and effectiveness of the thermal recovery of the offshore heavy oil.
