摘要 针对传统的分段压裂技术无法解决压裂级数、井筒管径受限等问题,设计了一种基于RFID技术的智能分段压裂滑套控制系统。该系统将直流无刷电机控制系统与RFID技术有机结合,将RFID标签球投放到压裂管道中,通过识别压裂管道中RFID标签球的数据来驱动直流无刷电机,达到控制滑套工件的目的。试验表明:该系统可以识别RFID标签的数据,实现对无刷直流电路的精确控制,从而完成对滑套开度和启闭的自由调节。 For the traditional staged fracturing technology with difficulties of fracturing stages, wellbore diameter limitations and so on, an intelligent segmented fracturing sliding sleeve control system based on RFID technology was designed. The system integrates the brushless DC motor control system and RFID technology, and delivers the RFID tag ball into the fracturing pipeline. By identifying the data of the RFID tag ball in the fracturing pipeline, it drives the DC brushless motor to achieve the control of the sliding sleeve work piece. The actual test shows that the system can identify the RFID tag data to achieve accurate control of the brushless DC circuit and accomplish the the free adjustment of the opening and opening and closing of the sliding sleeve.
