预成型分支系统膨胀整形工具设计及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 六级分支井技术具有分支井眼连接处机械支撑的完整性、液力密封性能、井眼的选择性再进入性能和建井风险低等特性,其中的六级分支井井下分支系统是该技术的核心。预成型六级分支井井下分支系统由于下井尺寸小,可节约上部井段大量的施工费用,成为施工者的首选。对预成型分支系统的压缩和膨胀整形过程进行仿真分析,得出膨胀整形所需的力学分布规律,确定了所设计的液压活塞缸在膨胀整形工具上的布局;通过仿真,分析了膨胀整形工具的可行性。建议继续开展考虑焊缝影响下的有限元仿真分析,开展分支系统的压缩和膨胀试验以及井下膨胀工具的研究。 AML 6 multilateral technology is one of the popular research topics and the difficulties in the drilling and completion cutting edge technology due to its mechanics’ integrality, hydraulic packer ability, reentering ability and risks. TAML 6 system is the core technology for its small dimension during its operation inside the hole, the preformed lateral junction system for level 6 multilateral well is becoming the first choice. According to the simulation analysis results of the compression and expansion process of the preformed branch system, the mechanical distribution law required for expansion was obtained, the layout of the designed hydraulic piston cylinder on the expander was determined and the expander feasibility was analyzed through the simulation. Following research based on the finite element simulation analysis under the influence of the weld, the compression and expansion experiments of the branch system, and the downhole expansion tools were suggested.
