摘要
在2014年11月15-16日召开的第十一届国际法论坛"国际法的机遇与挑战:危机、秩序、法治"国际学术研讨会上,与会代表讨论了中国和平发展与国际法的交互关系问题、当前国际热点与中国外交中的国际法问题、欧盟与海牙国际私法会议在国际私法的统一化上的努力、气候变化与环境保护的国际法律问题、多边贸易体制与中国经济金融政策中的法律问题以及人权保护的国际法律问题。在当前变化的国际秩序中,中国的国际法理论与实践均面临诸多机遇与挑战,需要国际法学人积极开展学术交流与合作,不断加强理论与实务的有机结合,为国际法的发展和实践作出自己应有的贡献。
In the 11^(th) International Law Forum titled as ' The Opportunities and Challenges for International Law:Crisis,Order and Law',the participants discussed following issues,including the interactive relationship between China's peaceful development and international law,international law of the current international hot issues and China's diplomacy,unification of private international law in the European Union and Hague Conference on Private International Law,International legal issues in climate change and environmental protection,legal problems of the multilateral trading system and China's economic and financial policies,international legal issues in human rights protections.Under the current changing international order,there are many opportunities and challenges to China's theory and practice of international law.It is necessary for the international law scholars to actively carry out academic exchanges and cooperation and continue to strengthen the combination of theory and practice,so as to contribute to the development and practice of international law.
