摘要
目的评价规律八段锦运动对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能、疲乏状况及活动耐力的改善效果。方法选择2015年2月至2016年2月收治的COPD稳定期患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组各有30例,两组患者均采用COPD稳定期的常规治疗,治疗组联合规律八段锦运动疗法。随访6个月,比较两组患者肺功能指标、疲乏状况、活动耐力等指标。结果治疗组最大通气量(MVV)、用力肺活量(FCV)、第一秒末呼吸容积(FEV1)均明显高于对照组(t=6. 784~9. 865,P <0. 05);行为疲乏、情感疲乏、躯体疲乏、认知功能等疲乏状况评分均明显低于对照组(t=5. 941~10. 347,P <0. 05); 6 min步行距离、运动耐力时间均明显高于对照组(t=12. 942,5. 202,P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。结论规律八段锦运动有助于改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能,减轻疲乏状况,提高患者的活动耐力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of baduanjin exercise on the pulmonary function,fatigue status and activity tolerance in the patients with stable COPD.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016,60 patients of stable COPD were collected as the subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.The routine scheme for stable COPD was adopted in both of the two groups.In the treatment group,baduanjin exercise was combined.After follow-up visit for 6 months,the indicators of pulmonary function,fatigue status and activity tolerance of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results The results of MVV,FCV and FEV1 in the treatment group were higher obviously than the control group(t=6.784-9.865,P<0.05).The scores of fatigue status,such as behavior fatigue,emotional fatigue,somatic fatigue and cognitive function in the treatment group were all lower obviously than the control group(t=5.941-10.347,P<0.05,P<0.01).The 6 min walking distance and exercise tolerance duration were higher obviously than the control group(t=12.942,5.202,P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin exercise is conducive to the improvement of the pulmonary function,the alleviation of fatigue status and the improvement of the activity tolerance in the patients with stable COPD.
