摘要
目的探讨自编体操对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者脊柱运动功能康复的效果。方法选取2013年9月至2015年1月的AS患者60例,按入组顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组单纯采用非甾体抗药物治疗,观察组在非甾体药物治疗的基础上,辅以自编体操。两组患者于治疗90 d后观察临床疗效及测定胸廓扩张度、腰椎屈度(Schober试验)、耳屏至墙的距离(耳屏距)情况。结果两组患者治疗后观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为69.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后耳屏距、胸廓扩张度、Schober试验均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自编体操能防止脊柱僵直变形,改善胸廓扩张度、腰椎屈度、颈椎活动度,降低致残率,从而促进AS患者脊柱功能恢复。
Objective To discuss the effect of the self- made gym in spinal function recovery in the patients of ankylosing spondylitis( AS). Methods From September 2013 to January 2015,60 cases of AS were randomized into an observation group and a control group according to enrolling sequence,30 cases in each one. In the control group,non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs were adopted simply. In the observation group,on the basis of the medication with non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs,the self- made gym was combined. After treatment for 90 days,the clinical effect was observed,chest expansion,lumbar flexion( Schober test) and the tragus- to- wall distance were determined. Results The total effective rate was100% in the observation group and was 69. 2% in the control group after treatment,indicating the significant difference( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the results of the tragus- to- wall distance,chest expansion and Schober test were all improved as compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The improvements in the observation group were apparently better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The self-made gym prevents from spinal stiffness and deformity,improves chest expansion,lumbar flexion and cervical motor range and reduces the disability rate so as to promote the spinal function recovery in the patients of AS.
