摘要
不孕症是妇科常见病与难治性疾病,中医药治疗该疾病有一定优势。张文红教授对关于输卵管阻塞所致不孕的诊疗有独到认识。文章总结了张教授对于该病病因病机的主要认识,即肝郁血滞、痰湿瘀阻、湿热瘀结、气虚血瘀,张教授认为瘀血是贯穿于疾病发生、发展、转归和预后的基本病理因素。关于治疗,张教授认为须辨明因实致瘀还是因虚致瘀,通过局部辨病与整体辨证相结合,审因分型论治。张教授擅以口服、灌肠、理疗三联疗法内外合治,标本兼顾,活血化瘀贯穿治疗始终,临床疗效良好。
Infertility is a common gynecological disease and intractable disease. TCM plays its advantage on the treatment. Prof. Zhang Wenhong has the specific understanding on infertility due to oviduct obstruction. In the paper,the main understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease was summarized,e. g. liver qi stagnation and blood stagnation,obstruction of phlegm and damp,interaction of damp and heat,qi deficiency and blood stasis. Prof. Zhang viewed that blood stasis is the basic pathological factor in the occurrence,development,outcome and prognosis of the disease. In treatment,Prof. Zhang thought the reason of stasis,whether relevant with the excess factor or the deficiency factor. The local differentiation should be associated with the holistic one. The treatment should be applied in light of the syndrome / pattern differentiation.Prof. Zhang is good at the application of internal and external treatment with oral medication,enema and physical therapy combined together for the treatment of both the primary and the secondary. Activating blood circulation and resolving stasis should be applied to the entire treatment procedure to ensure the good clinical efficacy.
