摘要
目的比较传统手抓戥称调剂方式和中药小包装调剂方式,优化调剂方法。方法随机选取并通过问卷调查的方法比较患者和工作人员对两种调剂方式的满意度。结果在患者对两种调剂方式的选择和满意度方面调查结果显示,患者对中药小包装饮片的满意度评分为(8.7±1.1)分,显著高于"手抓戥称"调配的(7.1±1.2)分,中药小包装饮片的优势主要表现在患者取药时间短、药物干净、便于患者本人进行药物核对、药物剂量准确。在配药人员满意度方面调查结果显示,工作人员对传统配药方式的满意度评分为(6.8±1.4)分,低于中药小包装饮片方式的(8.2±1.1)分。使用小包装中药饮片后,配药工作人员的工作效率明显提高,工作强度显著减小、配方场所粉尘污染大大降低;在配药方便性、药物核对方便性、剂量准确性等方面均有明显提高。结论中药小包装调剂方式具有明显优势,但还存在许多不足,需要中医药工作者的不断完善与改进,共同推动我国中医药事业向更加规范化、标准化、现代化方向的发展。
Objective To make the comparison between small package adjustment and traditional manual adjustment of Chinese materia medica and optimize the adjustment method. Methods The randomized selection and questionnaire investigation were used to compare the satisfaction between the two adjustment methods in the patients and working staffs. Results The results of the selection and questionnaire showed that patients' satisfaction to the small package adjustment was( 8. 7 ± 1. 1) points,higher significantly than( 7. 1 ± 1. 2) points of the traditional manual adjustment. The small package adjustment was advantaged as short time of drug collection,clear material medica,easy check and correct dosage. The working staffs' satisfaction to the traditional manual adjustment was( 6. 8 ± 1. 4) points,lower than( 8. 2 ± 1. 1) points of small package adjustment. With small package adjustment,the efficiency was improved apparently,working strength was reduced significantly and the pollution in the working place was much reduced. This method apparently improved the convenience of composition,checking and dose correction. Conclusion Small package adjustment of Chinese materia medica is apparently advantageous,but with limitation. The relevant improvements are required so as to promote the specification and modernization of Chinese medicine in China.
