摘要
目的探讨养筋解毒汤治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月至2014年5月收治的65例气阴两虚夹瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。两组均给予糖尿病规范治疗,在此基础上观察组给予养筋解毒汤口服,对照组给予甲钴胺片口服。观察两组患者治疗后中医证候积分及中医疗效、综合疗效情况。结果两组治疗后的中医证候评分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的中医疗效和综合疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养筋解毒汤治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型糖尿病周围神经病效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangyin Jiedu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN) with Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis type. Methods 65 cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis type from March 2013 to May2014 in our hospital was selected and randomly divided into the observation group( 33 cases) and the control group( 32 cases). The two groups were given standardized treatment of diabetes,the observation group was given Yangyin Jiedu decoction on the basis of the diabetic therapy,the observation group was treated with Yangyin Jiedu decoction and the control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets. After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and comprehensive effect in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,which had significant statistically differences( P < 0. 05). The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment,which had significant statistically differences( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which had significant statistically differences( P <0. 05). Conclusion The effect of Yangyin Jiedu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis type is significant and is worthy of widely use.
