摘要
目的探索毓麟助孕方对性成熟雌性小鼠子宫容受性相关因子的影响。方法 SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为实验组(毓麟助孕方+HMG+HCG组)和对照组(HMG+HCG组)。实验组以毓麟助孕方连续灌胃10 d,模型组以等体积生理盐水灌胃10 d。24 h后两组小鼠同时腹腔注射尿促性素(HMG),48 h后两组同时腹腔注射绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),次日10时处死,HE染色观察子宫内膜组织形态学改变,免疫组化S-P法检测子宫内膜雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果实验组小鼠子宫内膜腺体面积与对照组小鼠比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组ER、PR在子宫内膜的表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药复方毓麟助孕方可以促进内膜腺体的增长,提高子宫内膜ER、PR的含量,有利于胚泡种植。
Objective To explore the impacts of yulin zhuyun formula on the uterine receptivity related factors in sexual maturity female mice. Methods SPF Kunming mice were randomized into an experiment group( yulin zhuyun formula + HMG + HCG group) and a control group( HMG + HCG group). In the experiment group,yulin zhuyun formula was used continuously through the lavage for 10 days. In the model group,the physical saline of the same volume was used through the lavage for 10 days. The intraperitoneal injection of HMG was applied 24 h later and HVG was applied in 48 h in the two groups. The mice were sacrificed at 10 o’clock on the second day. HE staining was used to observe the morphological change of endometrial tissue. IHC S- P method was used to determine the expressions of ER and PR. Results Compared with the control group,the endometrial gland area in the experiment group was different significantly( P < 0. 01).The expressions of ER and PR in the experiment group were different significantly as compared with those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The compound yulin zhuyu formula promotes the growth of endometrial gland,improves ER and PR expressions and benefits blastocyst cultivation.
