摘要
目的探讨中药不良反应(ADR)产生原因以及临床对策综合分析。方法选取2011年1月-2014年1月期间中药不良反应事件,由执业药师组成的中药不良反应调查小组,对中药不良反应发生原因、对策进行系统性的分析。结果在2011年1月-2014年1月期间共上报的中药不良反应事件共54例,其中男29例,女25例。ADR报告中年龄最小的3岁,最大87岁,其中60岁以上的患者占43.10%。不良反应中最多的是皮肤损害,其次是消化系统损伤。54例不良反应报告中用药时间过长导致的不良反应高达44.44%,而医生对疾病和药物的把握程度也造成了一定不良反应的产生。结论客观地对待临床中药不良反应,科学合理地使用中药,确保临床中药的用药安全。
Objective To investigate the causes and clinical strategies of adverse reactions of Chinese Medicine. Methods All cases of adverse reactions of Chinese Medicine in our hospital from January2011 to January 2014 were selected and a team composed by licensed pharmacists analyzed the causes of adverse reactions investigation team because of the occurrence of adverse reactions of Chinese Medicine. Results During January 2011 to January 2014,it reported 54 cases of adverse reactions of Chinese Medicine,including 29 males and 25 females. The youngest one is 3 years old and the oldest one is 87 years old in the ADR and over 60 years old accounted for 43. 10% of the patients. Most of ADR would cause skin damage,followed by digestive system damage. In 54 cases of ADR,44. 44% ADR was caused by overlong time use of while the level that doctors grasp the extent of the disease and the drug also caused certain adverse reactions.Conclusion To treat adverse reactions in clinical objectively and use the Chinese medicine scientifically and rationally,in order to ensure the drug safety in the use of Chinese medicine in clinical.
