摘要
目的研究胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)mRNA水平的影响。方法用L-精氨酸施以左下腹腔注射制备慢性胰腺炎大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为4组:空白组、模型组(给予生理盐水)、中药对照组(给予清胰利胆颗粒治疗)、中药治疗组(给予胰泰复方治疗)。造模结束后,各组持续灌胃治疗2个月,然后采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测各组大鼠胰腺组织中TGF-β1 mRNA的水平。结果模型组、中药对照组以及中药治疗组中大鼠胰腺组织的TGF-β1 mRNA的表达水平显著高于空白组(P<0.01);中药治疗组中大鼠胰腺组织的TGF-β1mRNA的表达水平低于中药对照组(P<0.05),且显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论胰泰复方可以抑制TGF-β1 mRNA的表达,从而促进慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化的恢复。
Objective To study the impact of Yitai compound formula on the levels of TGF-β1mRNA in the treatment of pancreatic fibrosis in the rats of chronic pancreatitis fibrosis. Methods L- arginine was used for the left inferior intraperitoneal injection to prepare the rat model of chronic pancreatitis.The rats were randomized into 4 groups,a blank group,a model group( with physiological saline),a Chinese medicine control group( with Qingyilidan granules) and a Chinese medicine treatment group( with Yitai compound formula). At the end of modeling,the gavage lasted for 2 months for treatment in each group. The RT- PCR was adopted to detect the levels of TGF- β1 mRNA in pancreatic tissue of rat. Results The expression of TGF- β1 mRNA in the rat pancreatic tissue in the model group,Chinese medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank group( P < 0. 01). The expression of it in the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that in the Chinese medicine control group( P < 0. 05) and was lower significantly than that in the model group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Yitai compound formula inhibits TGF- β1 mRNA expression so as to promote the recovery of pancreatic fibrosis in chronic pancreatitis.
