摘要
目的评估中药对左旋甲状腺素(L-T4)治疗甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)的增效作用。方法以关键词"甲状腺功能减退症""甲减""中药""中西医结合"在中国知网、维普和万方数据库中进行计算机检索,检索日期自数据库建库日期起至2014年1月,对检索出的文献进行人工筛选。检索中药联合L-T4治疗甲减的随机对照研究文献,进行数据提取和方法学质量评价,将数据录入Revman5.2软件,并进行Meta分析。结果 9个研究纳入Meta分析,分析结果显示中药联合L-T4治疗有效率高于对照组{OR=0.26,95%CI[0.16,0.42],P<0.01}。结论中药对L-T4治疗甲减具有增效作用。
Objective To evaluate the synergy of Chinese herbs combined with levothyroxine( L-T4) on hypothyroidism. Methods The randomized controlled trials about the efficacy of Chinese herbs combined with L- T4 on hypothyroidism were searched from CNKI,VIP & Wanfang to analyze the data and to assess the methodological quality. Meta- analysis was performed using Revman 5. 2 software. Results Nine studies were included and given Meta- analysis and the result showed that Chinese herbs combined with L-T4 had higher efficacy compared to L- T4group( OR = 0. 26,95% CI[0. 16,0. 42 ],P < 0. 01). Conclusion Chinese herbs showed synergism when combined with L- T4 on hypothyroidism.
