摘要
文章以中医护理骨干培训为例,对比运用SWOT分析法后中医护理培训的质量及成效。通过对62名中医护理骨干采用随机分组的方法进行系统培训,干预组31名在实施院内培训计划的基础上,采用SWOT分析法对培训现状进行分析,然后针对性地进行培训;对照组31名按照院内培训计划实施。干预组中医护理方案的应用效果、中医药知识及护理技能水平、自我认同感、中医操作项目人次、患者满意度等与对照组对比均有不同程度的提高。阐明了SWOT分析法的科学性、合理性,可有效抓住专科建设机遇,提升中医护理培训的质量和成效,值得借鉴和推广。
This paper takes the examples of cultivating Chinese medicine nursing talents and uses SWOT method to analyze the quality and effectiveness of Chinese medicine nursing training. Sixty two people were given systematic training on Chinese medicine nursing. The 31 people in the intervention group were given specific training after using SWOT method to analyze the training itself. The other 31 people in the control group were only given original training program. After the training,the application effect,Chinese medicine knowledge,nursing level,self- recognition,number of people taking Chinese medicine practice and patients satisfaction in the intervention group were all enhanced to different extents. This paper clarifies the scientific and reasonable nature of SWOT,which can seize the chance of building special disciplines,improve quality and effectiveness of Chinese medicine nursing,which is worth of generalization.
