摘要
黄河是一条多泥沙河流,近年来,黄河水量持续偏枯,可供水量减少,供需矛盾增加。笔者从论述黄河水资源的特点入手,分析了黄河水资源紧缺的成因,提出了合理利用黄河水资源的建议,以期实现黄河水资源可持续利用及经济社会可持续发展。
Yellow River is a sediment river. Yellow River water level is continuously low in recent years. Supplied water is reduced,and contradiction between supply and demand is increased. The author analyzes the causes of Yellow River water resources shortage by discussing Yellow River water resources features,and then proposes the suggestion of rationally utilizing water resources,with the hope of realizing sustainable utilization of Yellow River water resources and sustainable economic social development.
