摘要
淳化乡村服务处,是上世纪四十年代金陵女子文理学院在校长吴贻芳倡导下,各方共同努力开办的社会服务机构,作为民国时期教会大学开展社会服务的实例,在改善当地民生、支援当地社会建设方面起了很大的作用,对改变当代社会的教育理念也有一定的影响。笔者在参考相关资料的基础上,对服务处设立的背景、过程及主要工作进行梳理,并对服务处的成绩和缺失进行了探讨,意在为进一步地研究提供参考。
Chunhua Rural Service was a social service agency set up by Ginling Girls’ College of Arts and Science with the joint efforts under the leadership of president Wu Yifang in the forties of the last century,as an example for social services provided by church colleges in the period of the Republic of China. And it played an important role in improving local people ’s livelihood and supporting local social construction. Now it also has an impact on changing the educational philosophy of the contemporary society. Based on the previous researches and other relevant reference materials,the author attempts to investigate the social background of Chunhua Rural Service establishment,operation process and main lines of work,and evaluate on its achievement and shortcoming.
