摘要
通过分析影响北京市农村污水处理技术综合性能的相关因素,运用层次分析法建立了包含1个目标层、3个准则层和12项指标的北京市典型农村污水处理技术综合评估体系,并确定了各指标的权重。以北京市农村污水处理常见的6种技术为评估对象,利用转化函数得到各技术的指标标准化值,将指标权重与标准化值相乘后再相加,最终得到各个技术的综合评估结果。参考基于层次分析法的技术综合性能评估结果,还应考虑当地村庄的地理环境、人口流动性和居民生活习惯等因素,因地制宜地选择适用的农村污水处理技术。
Through analyzing the relevant factors to influence the comprehensive performance of the rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing,a comprehensive evaluation system for the typical rural sewage treatment technology in Beijing,which includes one target layer,three criterion layers and twelve indicators,is established with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then the weights of all the indicators are determined.By taking six conventional technologies for the rural sewage treatment in Beijing as the objects of the evaluation,the standardized values of the indicators of all the technologies are obtained by means of conversion function,from which the standardized value is multiplied with the indicator weight and then they are added together,thus the comprehensive evaluated results of all the technologies are finally obtained.Additionally,the geographical environment,population mobility,living habits of the residents therein of the local villages must be considered in the result from the AHP-based comprehensive evaluation on the performance of the technology,so as to select an applicable rural sewage treatment technology in accordance with the local condition.
