摘要
白鹤滩水电站左岸进水口混凝土浇筑过程中,对于混凝土表面局部出现的气泡问题进行研究,分析其产生原因,并通过采取现场拌和物性能控制、原材料控制、振捣工艺的控制和模板及脱模剂控制等技术措施改善混凝土表面气泡问题,从而提高混凝土的外观质量,为后续混凝土工程施工提供了技术支持。
During the concrete placement of the left-bank inlet for Baihetan Hydropower Station,the problem of local air bubbles on surface of concrete is studied and its causation is analyzed as well,and then the problem of the surface air bubbles of the concrete is sovled through the technical measures such as the control of the performances of the in situ mixtures,raw materials control; control of the vibrating technology,control of formwork and releasing agent,etc.,thus the appearance quality of the concrete is enhanced,from which a technical support is provided for the successive concrete construction.
