摘要
泄洪洞要经受起高流速的冲刷,必然对混凝土浇筑的施工质量以及温度控制有高标准的要求。结合其他工程经验,通过采取一系列的技术研究和工艺调整改进,成功实现了50~70 mm低坍落度混凝土浇筑边墙,混凝土的施工质量和防裂控制均得到了良好的效果,为后续工程提供借鉴。
As spillway tunnel must be able to withstand the scouring from high flow velocity,it is necessary to make high standard requirement for the concrete construction quality and temperature control. Combined with the experiences from the other projects,the concrete placement of the side-wall with low slump( 50 ~ 70 mm) concrete is successfully realized through a series of technical researches and technological adjustments,thus better effects are obtained from both the quality control and the anticracking control for the concrete construction,and then a valuable reference is provided for the successive construction.
