摘要
分析了沈阳市保障性住房分配监管的现状,对沈阳市保障性住房在准入条件设定、审核公示手段、分配方式、退出机制、监管体系和实施细则等方面存在的问题进行深入研究,并针对存在的问题提出切实可行的对策建议,为沈阳市保障性住房的公平合理分配提供合理依据,以期满足大部分困难家庭的居住需求。
This article analyzes the present situation of the distribution and supervision of Shenyang indemnificatory housing. Then the article analyzes the issues existing at Shenyang indemnificatory housing from the aspects of admittance condition setting,audit publicity means,distribution mode,exit mechanism,supervision system and implementation rules,and puts forw ard practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems. This article also provides a reasonable basis for the Shenyang city affordable housing for the fair and reasonable distribution in order to meet housing demand of the most difficult family.
