摘要
从教代会制度建设对建立现代大学制度的重要意义、教代会制度建设的障碍性因素、推进教代会制度建设的途径等方面,论述了教代会制度建设对于建立现代大学制度具有的重要意义,分析了新形势下教代会制度建设面临的新问题,提出了"创新思路、合理设计、民主管理"的教代会制度建设机制,以实现教代会工作的制度化、规范化和程序化。
From the aspects like the significance of faculty congress system construction to building modern university system,barrier factors of faculty congress system construction,and promoting faculty congress system construction,this paper expounds that faculty congress system construction has significance to build modern university system,analyzes new issues faced by faculty congress system construction under new situation,and raises faculty congress construction mechanism which are innovative thinking,rational design and democratic management,so as to realize institutionalization,standardization and programming for faculty congress work.
