摘要
从绿色建筑的视角,坚持"可持续发展"理念,结合辽宁省建筑设计研究院办公楼的更新实例,论述了中国严寒地区历史建筑绿色更新的相关研究、工作方法、实施策略和后期评价,强调了历史建筑的绿色更新对延长建筑使用寿命、适应新功能需求、改善节能效果、融入城市环境具有重要意义。
The thesis,starting from the perspective of green architecture,based on the architectural concept of 'sustainable development' and the case study of LDI office building,comprehensively describes the relevant research,operation method,implementation strategy and evaluation for the green renovation of historical buildings in severe cold regions of China.Then the article emphasizes the great significance of the green renovation,which will extend their life,improve their energy-saving performance,and adapt them to new functional needs and surrounding environment.
