摘要
森林具有调节气候、净化空气、杀菌除尘等有益作用,是生态系统的重要组成部分。随着人们对疾病预防和健康促进问题关注的增加以及对森林疗养功能研究的深入,以森林环境为治疗及预防疾病手段的森林疗法发展迅速,由此衍生了'森林医学'这一新兴学科。在发达国家如德国、日本已经积累了很多有关森林疗法的科学研究成果,而我国尚处于起步阶段。我国森林面积位居世界第5位,将森林资源合理应用于公共卫生领域有助于改善人群的健康状况,且具有良好的发展前景。文中介绍了森林医学的发展和森林环境对疾病的预防作用,根据疾病的经济负担等因素,提出了森林医学的发展前景,以期为我国森林医养产业的发展提供科学依据。
As an important part of ecosystems,forests have a range of beneficial effects,including climate regulation,air purification,sterilization and dust removal.The growing attention to disease prevention and health promotion and the deepening researches on the function of forest therapy,forest therapy that is based on the forest environment to treat and prevent diseases has developed rapidly,which contributes to the emerging discipline of'forest medicine'.Germany,Japan and other developed countries have already reported many studies in the area,but forest therapy is still in the starting stage in China.China ranks the fifth in forest area across the world,and has bright future to include the forest resources rationally into the public health field so as to help improve human health.In this study,we introduce the development of forest medicine as well as the preventive effect of forest environment on disease,and explain the promising future of forest medicine with considerations to the economic burden of disease.This study is expected to provide science basis for the development of forest healthcare industry in China.
