摘要
通过显微硬度与导电率测试,结合扫描电镜、透射电镜等组织观察,研究了Al-Zr-Y-Si合金时效析出行为,揭示了合金元素Si在时效析出过程中的作用。结果表明:添加少量Si的Al-Zr-Y-Si合金时效强化效果显著提高,400℃等温时效100 h后,Al-0.25Zr-0.03Y-0.10Si合金的硬度比Al-0.25Zr-0.03Y合金提高约45%。Si元素能明显加快沉淀相析出,Al-Zr-Y-Si合金在400℃等温时效的孕育期从6 h缩短为2 h,合金在时效过程中形成更加细小弥散的L12结构析出相,但过量Si元素导致沉淀相过早粗化,降低合金的耐热性能。Al-0.25Zr-0.03Y-0.10Si合金表现出最佳综合性能,对于高性价比耐热铝合金的研发具有重要意义。
The precipitation behavior of Al-Zr-Y-Si alloy during aging was studied by using micro-hardness,conductivity tests,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy observation and the effect of the alloying element Si during aging process was uncovered.The results show that,the aging strengthening effect of Al-Zr-Y-Si alloy with a small amount of Si is significantly improved.After isothermal aging at 400℃for 100 h,the hardness of Al-0.25Zr-0.03Y-0.10Si alloy is about 45%higher than that of Al-0.25Zr0.03Y alloy.The precipitation of precipitated phase can be accelerated obviously by Si element.The incubation period of Al-Zr-Y-Si alloy at 400℃isothermal aging is shortened from 6 h to 2 h,and the precipitated phase of L12 structure is formed in the aging process.However,excessive amount of Si leads to premature coarsening of precipitated phase,and reduces the heat resistance of the alloy.Al-0.25Zr-0.03Y-0.10Si alloy has the best comprehensive properties,which is of great significance to the development of high cost-performance heat resistant aluminum alloy.
