摘要
基于美国国家空域系统变革和新一代航空运输体系应用以及欧洲"同一天空"计划实施中综合集成和技术合作的背景,以及中国十三五"天地一体化信息网络"建设的背景,以MH370航迹跟踪/区域搜索为例,讨论卫星通信、社交网络、测量大数据支持下地理网络空间组成关系的新特征及其发生的变化。研究发现:二十年来,地理网络空间已经具有若干新特征——由卫星通信支持的海陆空天大网络异构特征、由社交网络支持的信息交互跨域特征、由测量大数据支持的时空一体化特征,较初期的地理网络空间发生了超大规模的变化、广泛跨域的变化、时空紧密结合的变化。其中,海陆空天异构网络在空间规模无限放大的同时又体现出多层次特征、新要素加入特征、互联-分散特征;信息交互过程中呈现出显著的跨国家/跨部门/跨人群的跨域特征,其在不同社会因素及应用动机作用下形成了核节点层级结构;测量大数据基础上的时间-空间一体化特征既表现在初始状态下相对位置的估计,也表现在不同飞行状态(自动巡航与操作)航向、航速变化的识别,还表现在全球漂流的时空推导。这项研究旨在通过海陆空天异构大网络、信息跨域交互、时空一体化对MH370航迹跟踪/区域搜索的特殊作用,揭示地理网络空间组成关系的新变化及其机制,为国家空域系统信息集成提供理论依据。
Based on the national airspace system transformation and the implementation of the next generation air transportation system and the European integrated in the implementation of "the single sky" plan and the background of technical cooperation, as well as the background of the 13 th Five Year's space-ground integration information network, taking the MH370 track tracking/area searching as example, the paper discusses the satellite communication, social networks, and the new features and changes of the geocyberspace relationship under the support of measure big data. Than it found that in two decades, the geocyberspace already had several new features—the sea, land, air and space of the large network heterogeneous characteristics by satellite communication, information interaction cross domain feature by the social networks, spatio-temporal integration by measure big data, In the early geocyberspace, there is a very large scale change, a complete cross-domain change, the change of time and space closely combined.Among them, the network of sea, land, air and space is infinitely magnified in the space scale while simultaneously showing the multi-layered features, the addition of new elements and the characteristics of interconnectedness and dispersion, In the process of information interaction, the cross-domain characteristics of a significant cross-country/cross-sectoral/cross-population are presented, and a nuclear node hierarchy is formed under different social factors and application motivations. Measure big data applications based on the spatio-temporal integration features of turning point in the initial state real-time estimates of the relative position, the simulation of aircraft location, heading, speed and real-time variation of aircraft during flight status(automatic cruise and operation) is also presented in the spatio-temporal derivation of global drifting.
