摘要
博格达是"新疆天山"世界自然遗产的重要组成部分,按照《旅游资源分类、调查与评价(GB/T18972-2003)》的划分原则,博格达旅游资源景观由二大主类,九大亚类,十八大基本类型组成,共有123个旅游景观点。特品级旅游景观资源包括垂直自然地带、褶曲景观、生物化石点、凸峰、峰从、石林、悬瀑、冰川观光地;优良级旅游景观资源包括断层景观、节理景观、地层剖面、奇特与象形山石、峡谷段落、雅丹、冰川侵蚀遗迹、观光游憩河段、观光游憩湖区、冷泉等。基于对旅游资源的定性评价,从科学价值、美学价值和遗产价值三个方面讨论了博格达世界自然遗产地景观资源开发价值。依据保护对象的敏感度、濒危度和遗产展示与旅游业发展的要求,制定保护分区,即禁建区、限建区和展示区。
Bogda is an important part of the Xinjiang Tianshan World Natural Heritage, Tourism landscape resources of Bogda World Natural Heritage site are extremely rich, widely distributed and well-preserved. The main landscape resources of Bogda include alpine lakes, quaternary glacial relics and modern glaciers, volcanic stone forest, vertical natural band spectrum, waterfalls,burning rocks, fossils, canyons and geological features corridor. Within 80 kilometers of the linear range, covers the snow peaks and glaciers, permafrost grasslands, forests, lakes, waterfalls, natural canyon landscapes, green moun-tains and desert hills. The landscape resources not only have the rare strict zonality in macro environment, and each zone also reflects the multiplicity and uniqueness in micro scenery, which also have advantaged multipurpose utilization and development value. Bogda World Natural Heritage site with the scientific and aesthetic value is the important popular science education base, and the landscape resources are the base for the sustainable development of Bogda World Natural Heritage site. Based on the qualitative evaluation of tourism landscape resources, the science value, aesthetic value and heritage value of Bogda World Natural Heritage site have been discussed. According to the sensitivity of the protection object, endangered degree and heritage features and the demands of the development of tourism industry, three protection partitions which are banning construction area, the limit construction area and the display area have been made.
