摘要
ISO 37104《城市可持续发展-改变我们的城市-城市实用性本地实施指南》是国际标准化组织城市可持续发展技术委员会(ISO/TC 268)正在制定的国际标准之一,是ISO 37101《城市可持续发展-可持续发展管理体系-使用指南》的实施指南标准。该标准是用于提升城市治理现代化能力、管理水平的指南性标准。本文对ISO37104编制情况进行了介绍,并对主要内容进行解读。同时以中新天津生态城为例,对其应用ISO 37104的情况进行阐述,旨在使我国各界及时了解ISO 37104的内容、进展情况及其试点试验情况。
ISO 37104,Sustainable cities and communities--Transforming our cities--Guidance for practical local implementation of ISO 37101,is one of the international standards developed by ISO/TC 268 on sustainable cities and communities,and the implementation guideline of ISO 37101,Sustainable development in communities--Management system for sustainable development--Requirements with guidance for use.This standard is a guideline standard for improving the governance ability and public management of cities and communities.This paper introduces the compilation process of ISO 37104,and interprets the main contents,and expounds the practical feasibility of ISO37104 by taking China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example,aiming to present the contents,progress and pilot experimentation of ISO 37104 to all research area of sustainable development in China.
