摘要
本文介绍了国家标准馆建设技术标准信息共享空间(IC)需要考虑的问题,探讨了建立技术标准IC规划、组织与管理及建设目标,提出了国家标准馆建立IC可采用的构建方法、系统应实现的功能、资源布局、整合和服务模式等。阐明了技术标准IC建设在新时期为本馆提升核心竞争力所带来的机遇,探讨了IC建设中有关管理和用户需求分析等若干关键问题。
This paper introduces the main issues which should be considered for the construction of technical standards information commons(IC) by the National Library of Standards.It also discusses the planning,organization and management,and construction objectives in establishing technical standards IC,and further proposes construction methods,system functions to be achieved,layout,resources integration and service models.It has been clarified that the core competitiveness of the National Library of Standards in the new era will be enhanced by establishing technical standard IC.Further more,it deliberates issues of relevant management and analysis of user's requirements during the construction of IC.
