空心砌块建筑体系专用高性能填灌混凝土

摘要 针对混凝土小型空心砌块建筑的特点,通过采用自行研制的多功能复合化学外加剂,并使用大量的工业废料(粉煤灰,改性矿粉)作复合掺合料等质量取代水泥(40%~80%),成功地配制了具有高流动性、高粘聚性和保水性、高保塑性、高体积稳定性、适合的力学性能和耐久性能的高性能混凝土(HPC).并进一步对多功能复合化学外加剂和复合掺合料的作用机理作了探讨. In the light of the distinguishing features of small size hollow concrete block buiding, multifunction composite chemical additive was developed, the industrial waste including fly ash and modified slag powder as composite mineral admixture to substitute cement equivalently in the range of 40%~80% was used and the high performance concrete(HPC) was made. The excellent advantages of HPC made in this study are high fluidity, water retentively, high cohesiveness, high volume stability and suitable mechanical properties and durability. The mechanism of multifunction composites and composite mineral powder effecting on the propeties of cement paste were discused also in this paper.
