摘要
目的:探讨肛裂缝切术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:纳入204例陈旧性肛裂患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组102例。治疗组采用肛裂缝切术治疗,对照组采用肛裂切除术治疗。评价两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况,同时比较两组的住院费用及住院时间。结果:经手术治疗后,两组患者的治愈率均为100%。治疗组患者的术后创缘疼痛、水肿、出血及小便困难、发热情况均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组患者的住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:肛裂缝切术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效确切,可有效减少术后疼痛、出血、水肿等并发症,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of excision and suture method in the treatment of chronic anal fissure. Methods: Two hundred and four patients with chronic anal fissure were randomized into treatment group and control group with 102 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated by excision and suture method and the patients in the control group were treated by excision method. The clinical effect was evaluated,the postoperative complications were observed,and the expense and time of hospitalization were compared. Results: After operation,the cure rates of both groups were 100%. The complications including pain,edema,bleeding,dysuria and fever of the treatment group were superior to the control group( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05). The hospitalization time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group( P < 0. 01) and the hospitalization expense of the treatment group was less than that of the control group( P < 0. 01).Conclusion: Excision and suture method has good effect in treating patients with chronic anal fissure and can reduce the postoperative complications such as pain,bleeding,edema and so on, shorten the hospitalization time and lessen the hospitalization expense.
