结肠癌发生、发展与miRNA分子机制相关研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 miRNA即microRNA,是由20个左右核苷酸组成的内源性单链RNA小分子,是近年来生物界研究的热点。许多研究表明,miRNA在存在肿瘤的机体内表达水平发生变化,对肿瘤细胞的分化、增殖起到调控作用,作为癌基因或抑癌基因发挥功能。结肠癌的发生发展是与多种基因表达异常有关的过程,资料显示多种miRNA的异常表达与结肠癌的进展关系密切。本文通过收集分析各种miRNA对结肠癌发展的影响及其作用的相关机制,来研究目前结肠癌发生、发展与miRNA分子机制相关进展,为结肠癌的分子靶向治疗提供理论依据。 miRNA ( microRNA) is a small molecule, which is composed of about 20 nucleotides, and has been a hot research topic in recent years.Many studies indicated that the expression level of miRNA in tumor changed, which played a role in the differentiation and proliferation of tumor cells, as a function of oncogene or tumor suppressor gene.The occurrence and development of colon cancer is related to the abnormal expression of many genes, and the data shows that the abnormal expression of miRNA is closely related to the development of colon cancer.In this paper, the influence of miRNAs on the development of colon cancer and its relevant mechanism were collected, then the colon cancer occurrence, development and miRNA molecular mechanisms were studied, which provided a theoretical basis for the molecular target treatment of colon cancer.
