摘要
社区社会工作是社会工作三大直接工作方法之一,其在推动社区发展和维护社会稳定方面发挥着重要的作用。为了应对以需求为导向的社区发展模式面临的挑战,优势视角下的社区社会工作应运而生了。本文在优势视角的社区社会工作实务原则的指引下,分别从社区资产建设、社区居民参与、社区关系构建、社区义工发展、社区社会组织培育以及社区文化保育六个方面作一些探索。
Community social work is one of the three direct methods of social work,which plays an important role in promoting community development and maintaining social stability.In order to cope with the challenges faced by the demand-oriented community development model,the community social work from the perspective of advantages emerges at the historic moment.Under the guidance of practical principles of community social work based on the perspective of advantages,this paper made some explorations from six aspects:Community asset construction,community residents’participation,community relationship construction,community volunteer development,community social organization cultivation and community cultural conservation.
