摘要
在原汽轮发电机定子端部有限元简化模型的基础上,对线棒梁单元界面进行了修正,使模型更加逼近实际。采用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)建模功能开发了一套自动搜索线棒梁单元和对梁单元截面进行扭转的程序代码。修正后的线棒梁单元模型可以更加精确地模拟线棒渐开线部分的截面朝向。以1 100 MW汽轮发电机汽端为例,对比计算了模型修改前、后的频率和振型的变化。
Bars element model is corrected based on previous simplified finite element model of turbo-generator stator end to make it much closer to the actual.The program codes developed by ANSYS parametric design language(APDL) modeling features can search bars elements automatically and correct the section of elements.The corrected bars element model can accurately simulate the real orientation of the bar section of the involute part.Finally,taking 1 100 MW stator ends of turbogenerator as an example,before and after modification of the modal calculation,the change of frequencies and vibration type were compared.
