摘要
目的:优选补阳还五胶囊的成型工艺。方法:采用平行实验法,从成型性、吸湿性、粒度、流动性等方面进行研究。结果:最佳成型工艺为选择辅料比例为淀粉∶糊精(5∶2),产品外观色泽、成型性、流动性、吸湿性良好。结论:优选的补阳还五胶囊成型工艺稳定可行。
Objective:To determine the optimum preparation technology of Buyang Huanwu capsule. Method:According to moldability,hygroscopicity,granularity and fluidity,the ingredients and proportion of adjunct were selected as variable factors. Results:The optimum preparation techniques were as follows:the ratio of starch and dextrin was 5 ∶2. Under the above conditions,moldability,hygroscopicity and fluidity of capsule were good. Conclusion:This technological process is stable and feasible.
